sometimes i think its okay to be plain, or rather i used to think it was okay. since young my mindset has been that each one of us is made special and different from the rest by our own aspirations and passion. but apparently that isnt what the society wants.

each generation gets better than the previous and this pressure keeps building up pushing students to stress and stress on their grades. and when everyone has top grades they start working to differentiate and set themselves apart by building up on not their passion, but their CIP hours their community involvement their willingness to help feed and reach out to every unfortunate soul in the world. we do this to make ourselves stand out in the selection process because this is what the society wants to see in the future generation and so they would rather spend time and money building on this ‘hopeful’ people. but what they dont know or knew but would rather not admit to is that students do it for the sake of it, not the fun of it. and once it gets us where we want to be we would stop doing it and start doing something we want, what we have been working and cheating for all this while. we are all hardwired to be selfish beings, all for one one for none, survival of the fittest. at this point i would like to proclaim my hate for the society STUPID PEOPLE YOU STUPIDS

i used to scoff at people who chose the easy modules rather than the modules they are really interested in in an attempt to score easily and print a pretty cert. but now i find it all makes sense, to just sacrifice half a year doing something you dont like and eventually come out to the society and spend all your working life doing something you really like because you have the grades. i also made some sense out of how the world revolves around the green stuff and im not turning vegan. apparently the greens gets you anything and anywhere in the world you want to be. if thats not enough you ought to know that without the green stuff you will just be a miserable bitch because not only will you be frustrated to not be able to get what you want, you will have no way to vent your frustration because you possess no greens to buy an escape. people hate people being materialistic/realistic but they dont realise the society has brought every single child up to be this way. all the rich people at the top of the money chain has somehow manage to climbed all the way up there either because 1) they had the money or 2) they cheated (not nice at all)

i have no idea if i would one day turn out to be the ugly monster i see and hate in everyone out there right now in pursue of what i want. but if i do, then is it wrong to work towards my goal. if it is then wtf is right at all. not having a dream? i guess sometimes thats easier. maybe those people would end up having more greens than me and by that time i would regret being so stubborn and spending half my life on education in pursue of my dream rather than on earning my greens.

i hate the world and how its all about the cert. without the cert you have no greens. and no they dont just want a degree, they want 1st class honours on top of that. and that will get you somewhere, but not in the society, that will get you to your masters and eventually phd, the ultimately pursue. fuck this society, all you greedy hungry people are turning this place into a warzone. average isnt even going to get you anywhere, not even above average. you have aspirations? okay great. now you just have to work your stupid brain and get straight As. no As? huh from poly some more? you go eat shit la our school no space for stupid people like you dont waste resources and spoil our economy. fuck all you people who appreciates students who legally cheat.
